Setting up access for the i3Pro and iRidium Server apps under network restrictions

If the i3Pro and iRidium Server apps are located in a closed local network where access to external resources is either completely or partially restricted, the following external ports and addresses need to be available or allowed for the apps to function properly:

For RU region (Russia):

1. 443 - Authentication, syncing with the cloud and project downloading (projects should be stored in the relevant region).
