Indentifiers of control panels, controllers and iRidium Server required for activation of iRidium licenses

HWID: activation of licenses for control panels

HWID - an control panel identifier. It is unique for each iOS, Android, Windows, Mac device. Use it when activating Device, Demo and Trial licenses:

1. Start iRidium Transfer on your PC, open the Panel tab
2. Open the i3 pro application on the control panel which HWID you want to get
3. Click the Search button in Transfer - all devices with i3 pro will appear in the list of Panels
4. Right-click on the control panel in Transfer: "Copy HWID"
5. Use HWID for activating licenses

i3 pro for Apple iOS (iPad/iPhone/iPod touch) will change HWID, if you delete the application and then install it again. Unassign the license from the device before the deletion

Serial number: activation of licenses for controllers and the server

Serial number - a controller identifier. It is unique for controllers: AMX, Crestron, KNX, KNX IP BAOS, HDL, Global Cache, Helvar and iRidium Server. Other systems do not support Site licensing.

HOW TO GET SERIAL NUMBERS

Serial number - the controller identifier required for activation of iRidium Site License. It is used only for AMX, Crestron, KNX, KNX IP BAOS, HDL, Global Cache, Helvar equipment. Serial numbers of controllers have to be received via the iRidium Util application of the iRidium software package.

AMX serial numbers

Receiving serial numbers (and Site licensing) is possible only for AMX controllers of the NI (700, 900, 2100, 3100, 4100) and NX series. Serial numbers of other АМХ controllers cannot be used for activation of Site licenses.

1. Select the controller type: AMX in the drop-down list
2. Input the local IP-address of the controller the serial number of which you want to receive.
3. Input the port number for requesting the serial number. It is 1319 for AMX
4. Input the login and password for connection to the controller when using secure sessions
5. Click "Request"
6. Copy the controller identifier from the "Serial" window using the Copy button.

KNX IP BAOS serial numbers

1. Select the controller type: BAOS 1х (for BAOS 770) or BAOS 2х (for BAOS 771/772)

2. Input the port number for requesting the serial number. It is 12004 by default
3. Click "Request"
4. Copy the controller identifier from the "Serial" window using the Copy button.

Serial numbers of KNX IP interfaces

"Site License (LM)" can be activated for such devices as Logic machine 2, Logic machine 3 or Logic machine 3 Re:actor. But the license can also be used for any KNX IP router with support of the KNXnet/IP Tunneling protocol. The name of the license is based on the fact that LM devices enable up to 10 concurrent connections with the bus, KNX IP BAOS - up to 5 connections, standard KNX IP routers - only 1 connection to the bus at a time.

1. Select the device type: KNX

in the drop-down list

1. Input the local IP-address of the KNX IP router the serial number of which you want to receive.
2. Input the port number for requesting the serial number. It is 3671 by default
3. Click "Request"
4. Copy the identifier from the "Serial" window using the Copy button.

Crestron serial numbers

1. Select the controller type: Crestron in the drop-down list
2. Input the local IP-address of the controller the serial number of which you want to receive
3. Input the port number for requesting the serial number. It is 41795 for Crestron
4. Input the login and password if required
5. Click "Request"
6. Copy the controller identifier from the "Serial" window using the Copy button.

Serial numbers of HDL-MBUS01IP.431

Serial numbers can be received only for the IP module SB-DN-1IP (generation 4), Factory Model: HDL-MBUS01IP.431

The module HDL-MBUS01IP.431 has to have the firmware HDL_V04.03U

Serial numbers can be received locally only (being in one network with the IP module)

1. Select the device type: HDLBus (local) in the drop-down list
2. Input the broadcast address for requesting the IP module: 255.255.255.255
3. Input the port number for requesting the serial number. It is 6000 for HDL
4. Click "Request" on the window of the iRidium Util application
5. Copy the controller identifier from the "Serial" window using the Copy button.

Global Cache serial numbers

Serial numbers can be requested from all models of Global Cache network converters

1. Select the device type: Global Cache in the drop-down list
2. Input the local IP-address of the converter in the IPv4 format

4. Click "Request" on the window of the iRidium Util application
5. Copy the controller identifier from the "Serial" window using the Copy button.

Helvar serial numbers

Site Licenses for Helvar support: HelvarNet (TCP), HelvarNet (UDP).

Site Licenses for Helvar do not support: HelvarNet Internal (UDP), Helvar AV (RS232).

2. Input the IP-address of the Helvar router
3. Click "Request" on the window of the iRidium Util application
4. Copy the controller identifier from the "Serial" window using the Copy button.
