iRidium Server connects to equipment and sends commands from control panels to it. The control panels connect to the server to control equipment through it, get feedback, download logs and databases.
The database can store information about server work for the time since the server was launched. The control panels can output logs from the database and build graphs of changes in server variables.
iRidium server provides a capability to control a project remotely, to get notifications (push, e-mail) about events in the system, to collect, store and process data, to generate trends.
iRidium server UMC with KNX TP1-256 interface works as KNX/IP-gateway and allows to use ETS projects to upload configurations to KNX devices.
iRidium server UMC with RS485 interface works as HDL/IP-gateway. It can also be used to work with Modbus RTU or Modbus ASCII.
iRidium server UMC is not meant to log and store large volumes of data. This limitation is connected with used components of flash-memory. Use iRidium server NUC or iRidium server on the basis of Windows PC to log and exchange large volumes of data.
