    Setting Up SIP KIN TOUCH

To make calls between iRidium panels and to call from KIN TOUCH to i3 pro and back, SIP-server must be set correctly. To set the work of KIN TOUCH in the modes of SIP-server and SIP-subscriber at the same time, go to the SIP tab in the web-interface:

    KIN TOUCH10.png
    1. Check the "ENABLE SIP" box.

    SIP Calls

In the web-interface, click the SIP CALLS button

    KIN TOUCH12.png

This option allows generating calls to mobile devices (smartphones) when the installation does not have a MEET monitor connected to the apartment. A call can be received on up to 8 smartphones at the same time.

It is also possible to generate calls to several MEET devices and/or third party SIP devices at the same time, using the SIP protocol instead of the FERMAX MEET protocol. The panel needs to import a CSV file with information about the device or devices that will receive the call.

    1. Choose EXPORT or create a new CSV file to create a CSV table.
    2. Use Microsoft Excel to open the created CSV file.
    3. Cells A1 and B1 will contain the text: APARTMENT, NAME.
    4. Cells A2, A3, etc. contain the numbers to be typed on the panel. Cells B2, B3, etc. contain redirection addresses in the format: sip:user@IP_SIP_SERVER, where user is the identifier with which the called device is programmed on the SIP server, and IP_SIP_SERVER is the IP address of the SIP server.

    Advanced Settings

In this section, you can make some advanced settings, such as speed dialing and calling through the handbook (phonebook).

    KIN TOUCH13.png

SPEED DIALING: This feature is not available in this version.

URL: Specify the device that should receive the direct call with the appropriate format:

    • Installation monitor > sip:@IP_monitor
    • SIP device: > sip:user@IP_server_SIP
    • Device with FERMAX MEET ME > sip:user@sip.fermax.com

ONU (GPON): Required for activation in large SIP-based installations (GPON).

CALL DISPLAY: The installer can create a list of mapped calls, the mapping code can include numeric and alphanumeric code. For the access control panel the allowed number of characters is from 1 to 5. For the main entrance panel, the allowed number of characters is from 1 to 8. A visitor can call the apartment through the display code if the apartment has such a code. The visitor can call the apartment by means of a code or by means of the apartment number, if the apartment does not have a code.

WHITE LIST: You can call an apartment if it is marked with the letter Y in the "white list" column, otherwise it is not possible to call the apartment.

CATALOG: The KIN panel allows you to use the telephone directory to call apartments directly. Visitors can choose an apartment owner's name and call directly, without needing to know the apartment number.
