    Connection

    TCP/IP protocol is used. To connect to PJLink equipment it is required to fill in driver settings and to assign commands and feedbacks to the graphic interface.

    Driver Setting

    1 Enter the Devices tab in a created project and add PJLink driver.

    2 Enter connection settings of the driver:

    PJLink2.png
    • Log Level - depth of logging;
    • Host - IP-address of equipment;
    • Port - connection port (by default - 4352);
    • Password - password of the projector;
    • Keep Alive - interval to check TCP connection. If there is no answer to Keep Alive request, the driver will be forced to the turned off state;
    • Wait Time Status - connection waiting time;
    • Driver Version - version of the driver.

    Setting Commands and Feedback Channels

    SendRecieve.png
    To control equipment it is required to set commands (Commands) and feedback channels (Feedbacks). To send a command, drag'n'drop it on a graphic item and enter a value to send. To display feedback value drag'n'drop a feedback channel on a graphic item and choose how to output a value.

    Read more about work with graphic items in the "Types of graphic items" article.

    Commands

    Commands are assigned to graphic items indicating the value to be sent to the bus when clicking on the items. When adding a driver all commands are created automatically. If it is required they can be added, deleted or changed.

    • Use Value Channel - way to send a source number to equipment.
      • True - indicate a source number in the command parameters (Input Switch Value). A value which was indicated when dragging the command on graphic items will not be counted.
      • False - indicate a source number when dragging on graphic items (Value).
    • Input Switch Value - source number.

    Other types of commands do not have additional settings.
