General instructions on setting remote control of iRidium pro object
This manual describes how to set remote control via iRidujm cloud gate.
For i3 pro to work via iRidium cloud gate Internet access is required.
iRidium cloud gate is now working in the test mode. Do not use it in commercial projects.
It's a cloud server of iRidium mobile company that transmits messages between panels and the server via a protected protocol. The cloud server does not store data that it transmits or know information about devices that work with it.
iRidium cloud gate is available only if there is a server in the project. Both a panel and a server project have to be uploaded to the cloud.
1 Launch iRididum studio and create a new server project or open a server project that you have.
2 Go to the Config section (it is opened at once if you create a new servre project)
3 Change the mode of server connection to connection via the gate in the Settings. To do it select Cloud Gate in the Mode field.
4 Enter the local server address in the Server Host field
5 Save the settings.
6 If you created a new project, add required drivers and set them.
7 Create a new panel project on the basis of the server project or open a panel project that you have and that is connected to the server project and synchronize it.
8 Set iRidium server driver this way:
9 Upload projects in the cloud, activate test mode and download projects on mobile devices.
It's absolutely necessary to download projects on panels from the clous. Projects downloaded via iRidium Transfer do not work via Cloud gate.
You can create a combined work mode with a help of a script. When a panel is int he same net with the server, commands are sent in the local net. Then a panel and a server are in different nets, commands are sent via Cloud gate
To do it create a new script in a panel project:
var l_sSSID = "iRidium Mobile 2 Floor WiFi";//the name of the net where your server is located.
