Description

The device is a thermoelectric actuator, two-position, powered by 24 volts, normally open and normally closed.

This device provides two-position actuation for control valves in HVAC and heating systems.

These servo actuators are compatible with all valves that have an M30x1.5 thread and a maximum stem stroke of 3.8 mm.

The actuators are supplied in two versions: Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC). Refer to the markings on the device housing and packaging for identification.

Connection and Installation

The device is intended for use with iRidi thermostat controllers.

Connection must be performed in accordance with the instructions provided with each specific thermostat controller.

ATTENTION: The device is not compatible with 230V power sources. Connection to standard 230V household voltage will result in damage and invalidate the warranty.

For actuator connection, use wires with a cross-section of at least 0.4 mm². Installation and maintenance must be carried out exclusively by trained professionals following safety protocols.

All wiring connections and disconnections must be performed only when the power is switched off.

The actuator may be installed in any orientation.

Current repairs

If a malfunction is detected during operation, it is necessary to immediately disconnect the device from the power supply and call maintenance personnel. The device is repaired and serviced during the warranty period by the manufacturer's dealer.

Storage, Transportation and Service Life

The products must be stored in a package at a temperature from 0 C to +40￮ and relative humidity up to 80% in heated and naturally ventilated warehouses, in air-conditioned storages, in the absence of aggressive impurities, conductive dust, acid and alkali vapors, as well as gases that cause corrosion and destroy insulation. When storing products avoid sudden fluctuations in temperature (more than 3 ° C/min) and humidity (more than 5% /min).

Products must be transported in their original packaging under the following conditions:

Permitted transport modes: Containers, enclosed railway cars, heated/sealed aircraft compartments and holds, or road vehicles with precipitation protection.
Temperature range: -50°C to +50°C
Humidity: Up to 90% RH at 25°C
Distance: No restrictions.

Critical requirements:

Protection: Must be shielded from dust, precipitation, and atmospheric moisture during transit.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Warranty Period: 60 months (5 years) from the date of purchase.

If no sale date is recorded: Warranty starts from the manufacturing date

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover defects caused by:

mechanical damage to the device;
ingress of moisture;
exceeding the permissible supply voltage;
non-compliance with the rules of connection of the device;
modifications or changes made to the device or its connection schemes by the purchaser or third parties without prior approval from the manufacturer;
improper use of the device by the purchaser or third parties;
non-compliance with transportation, storage and operating rules;
improper installation and maintenance of the device not in accordance with the manual;
other factors beyond the manufacturer's control.

Disposal
