The rich library of i3 lite modules can be used in iRidium studio starting with 1.2.11 version. This function is realized with the help of a tool to install modules in iRidium studio.
i3 lite module is a set of typical subdevices that include several widgets, tags and actions. In fact, each subdevice is a set of functions realizing control of a physical device via a protocol (KNX, HDL, TCP, HTTP, Modbus RTU, etc.)ю
Here is an example of a widget for HDL dimmer:
You can select any i3 lite module and integrate it in i3 pro panel project.
1 Create a panel project.
We do not recommend experimenting with your working projects, please, make a copy of your project.
2 Click Add Module button.
3 A warning message appears. Click Yes to continue.
4 i3 lite module install tool starts where you can add devices. Go to the Devices tab.
5 Click «+». A scanner can be used to search and set some devices automatically (for example, HDL or KNX). Select Use Scanner (Devices must be connected to the PC via a gateway).
Manual adding and setting can be used in all cases (Manually from store).
6 Find a required module in iRidium store and add it to a proect with the help of Add button.
7 Read the module description and continue adding (Add button).
8 Set the module according to your task (each module has a unique set of settings, use the module manual to configure it correctly). Click the Add button.
9 The added module appears in the list. Click Back to go to the main menu.
10 Click Save & Close project.
11 The modules must appear in the project tree of iRidium studio (in Projects Overview).

Widget is a graphic item that can be displayed on a control panel as a popup.
Widgets can be displayed with the help of Show Popup and Toggle Popup macros and can be hidden with the help of Hide Popup. Add a button or other items to assign macros to them.
It is convenient to display widgets on the Static list. Add a list and select widgets as popups.
You can also replace i3 lite widgets with i3 pro graphic items, if you use tags and actions.
Tags are variables that store the current state of a subdevice.
Use Drag&Drop to assign tags to graphic items.
Actions are device funstionc that are set beorehand that can be launched.
Drag&Drop an action on a graphic item and a setting window appears.
