My Account
My account gives an integrator capabilities to control lite and pro projects, license these projects and store them in the cloud.
Description
My Account contain the following sections:
- pro - control and licensing of projects based on i3 pro;
- lite - control and licensing of projects based on i3 lite;
- services - connection of third-party services (Amazon Alexa, Google Home, etc.);
- iRidium V2 - control and licensing of projects based on i2Control and i2Control V2.2;
- Learning - purchase of on-line courses;
- My Profile - information about an integrator (company),the dealer status and the number of panels connected to this account. To enter My account follow the link: https://iridi.com/my-account/cloud/
PRO
The "PRO" tab allows to control projects created on the basis of i3 pro, licenses and push-notifications.
MY PROJECTS
"MY PROJECTS" tab consists of 2 parts:
- Tree of objects,
- Tools to create and control objects.
The tree of objects allows to create, change, delete, systematize projects in My account:
- Add folder - create a folder;
Folders allows to systematize objects in My account.
- Add object - create an object;
Objects contain information about a server project and panels projects of this object and information about the license and panels.
- Edit mode - delete or rename a folder or an object.
- Exclamation mark on the object means that there is no license;
- Trial informs that the trial period is coming to an end.

My profile
You can see current data about a project and change a region to store data (if required) in "My profile" tab:
- Type of project - type of project (iRidium pro / iRidium lite);
- Name of project - name of project;
- Group projects by tags in i3pro - grouping i3 pro projects by tags (it is mostly used in project solutions based on [Byod|BYOD] and [CRM_mainpage|Resident portal]);
- Object health - checking the state of an object (check if a project is available to an end-user and makes corrections if an error occurs);
- Change the region to store the projects if the download speed is low - selection of a region to store data.
Grouping by tags is displayed only on an end-user's panel. Group name can be entered in the "Tag" field.
Projects
Projects can be added to, changed and deleted from an object in the "Projects" tab:
- Add new projects - upload a project to the cloud by drag'n'droping a file or click"Drop file here or click" select a required project file;
- Region data center - region to store data;
- Created at - date of project upload;
- Updated at - data of project update;
- File size - size of uploaded file:
- Used drivers - drivers used in the project;
- Used modules - lite modules used in the project;
- Default - select the project as one to be downloaded by default (this project will be downloaded on a panel if the panel does not fit the Device and Landscape resolutions parameters).
- Tag - tag name to group objects;
- Upload new project version - upload a new version of the project;
- Device - select a device for a panel project (tablet / smartphone);
- Landscape resolutions - resolution of the device screen.
If there are active devices with old versions of projects in the cloud, a notication will be displayed on the page. If Auto update is active, but a project is not updated, update it manually on a control panel or in the server web-interface (for server projects). After updating a project, the notification disappears.
If a project is not updated, a control panel or a server may have problems with getting a license and with setting connection when working via the cloud.
Licenses
A license can be bought and activated for an object in the "Licenses" tab:
- Create license - buy a new license;
- Choose from paid licenses - choose a license from a list of licenses bought earlier;
- Activate by code - activate a bought license by a code;
- Get trial period (2 month) - activate a temporary trial license for 2 months (free).
A trial license can be activated only on one object, in 2 months the license expires.

Users and Panels
"Users and Panels" tab allows to share a project with end-users, to set push-notifications or to deactivate a control panel :
1. Sharing a project with an end-user;
2. Creating a push- group;
You can read more about sending push-notifications in the "iRidium API. Push notifications" article.
3. Button to set project download via a QR-code:
- Limit QR lifetime - life time of a QR-code (on / off);
- End date and time - date and time when a QR-code expires;
- PinCode - pin code to use a QR-code.
4. Button to display a QR-code. A QR-code can be printed or set to a user via e-mail.
5. Grouping of connected panels;
6. Activating push-notifications for certain panels (ID and group name must be entered);
7. Adding / changing a password in a project;

8. Deactivation of a control panel.
Only one panel in 15 days can be deactivated!
9. Display / hide integrators and end-users.
Groups (push)
Panel to conrol push-notifications:
1. Rename the group;
2. Display a created key on the screen;
3. Delete key;
4. Delete group.

MY SERVERS
"MY SERVERS" tab displays information about all servers connected to the dealer account:
- HWID - HWID of server;
- Test mode - activating a test mode on the server (Y - turned on, N - turned off);

- Name - name of server;
- IP - IP-address of server;
- OS - operation system of server;
- Object - project uploaded to server
MY LICENSES
"MY LICENSES" tab displays all information about bought licenses and projects where they are used:
- Add folder - add a folder to store licenses;
- Add key - add a license by key;
- License type - type of license;
- Activation key - license activation key;
- Project - project where license is activated;
- Buy date - date of license purchase;
- Activate date - date of license actiation;
- Edit - move to another folder;
- Edit folder - rename folder;
- Delete folder - delete folder.
LITE
The "LITE" tab allows to control projects created on the basis of i3 lite, licenses and push-notifications.
MY PROJECTS.

My profile.

Projects.
"Projects" tab displays information about lite project and create a backup copy:
- Region data center - region to store data;
- Created at - data of project upload;
- Updated at - date of project update;
- File size - size of uploaded file:
- Used iRidium server - use of iRidium сервера.
Project Backups
- ID - ID of a backup copy of a project;
- Type - type of creating a backup copy:
- AUTO - automatic creation of a backup copy (it is created when a project is updated on the cloud);
- MANUAL - manual creation of a backup copy (Create backup button);
- Do not rewrite - updating a backup copy:
- Yes - do not update backup copies;
- No - update backup copies;
- Comment - comments to a backup copy;
- Created - date when a backup copy was created;
- Restore/Remove - update / delete a backup copy.
Licenses.
The "Licenses" tab displays all information about a purchased license:
Users and Panels.
The "Users and Panels" tab allows to share a project with an end-user, activate push-notifications anc deactivate control panels:
1. Creation of a push group;

MODULES.
When you go ti the "MODULES" tab you get to iRidium Store. The store contains information about the version of a module, its description and a list of available devices:
SERVICES
You can generate an activation key for supported iRidium services and create tags for IFTTT service in the "SERVICES" tab.
1. Choice of an object to generate a key;
2. Choice of iRidium product (i3 Pro / i3 Lite);
3. Secret key to connect services;
4. Services available for an object (they differ depending on the drivers and modules added to the project);
5. A tag created by default to wotk with IFTTT service;
6. Manual on usgin the service in i3 lite.

iRidium V2
The iRidium V2 tab allows buy licenses for i2Control, i2Control V2.2 and control them:
We recommend using iRidium V2 (i2Control, i2Control V2.2 apps) on devices based on Android (version 2.3 and later), Windows XP / 7/8, and iOS (versions 6-9).
After update to iOS 10 or iOS 11 the apps do not work.
BUY
The "BUY" tab allows you to calculate the price of a license for iRidium V2 projects.
To choose a license for iRidium V 2 projects, the following parameters must be considered:
1. Equipment.
2. Number of control panels.
3. Support of script.
MY LICENSES
A license can be assigned to a control panel by its HWID or serial number in "MY LICENSES" tab:
- Add folder - add a folder;
- Add key - add a license by key;
- Type - type of license;
- License name - name of license;
- Drivers - drivers supported by the license;
- Activation key - activation key;
- Purchase/activation date - Date of license purchase/activation;
- HWID/Serial - HWID of a panel;
- Download license file - download a license file;
- Deactivate - deactivate a panel.

TRIAL
You can create two free trial licenses for 30 days to test a project in the "TRIAL" tab. A trial key allows to control any equipment supported by iRidium.
LICENSE EXCHANGE
You can exchange your iRidium V2 license for a license of the updated iRidum product in the "LICENSE EXCHANGE" tab. When a key of the update version of the software product is activated the old license key is deactivated. To exchange a license agree with the terms of License exchange agreement and fill in the form:
- Enter keys of iRidium V2, that you want to exchange (each key in a new line);
- Configure e required license for i3 pro:
1. Chose object configuration (visualization + server, only visualization, only server),
2. Choose a type of license (starter, basic, advanced, enterprise, enterprise+),
3. Choose drivers.
- Add a comment if necessary.

My Profile
You can change data of your integrator account in "My Profile" tab.
SETTINGS
The "SETTINGS" tab allows to control the settings of my account:
- Distribution of files in the iRidium Cloud:
- Region to store projects;
- Region to download i3 lite modules;
Change of a region to store date can be required if the speed of downloading projects from the cloud of modules from iRidium store is low.
- Other settings - reset of device tokens when a password is changed.
INFORMATION
The "INFORMATION" tab displays all contact information about an integrator and data to enter the account (login, password):
- Your status - your dealer status. Click on the status to see a popup with all possible statuses and information how the status can be upgraded;
- Login - login;
- E-mail - e-mail;
- Name - integrator's name;
- Country - country of residence;
- Phone - phone number;
- ENTER INVITE - enter individual invitation code.
Invite is an identification code given by iRidium Authorized partner. If you enter an invitation code during registration, you get:
- individual technical support from the authorized partner
- Silver dealer status instead of a bronze one. It means better terms to purchase and work with iRidium products.
- CHANGE PASSWORD - change of the password of a dealer account.
COMPANY
The "COMPANY" tab displays contact information of the company and a list of company employees is formed here:
- Company name - name of the company;
- Web site - official website of the company;
- Phone - phone number of a company representative;
- Waiting for an answer from a user - employees who were invited to the company but you have not accepted the invitation yet;
- Employee list - list of company employees.
Employees of a company have access to all projects of the company.
CLOUD USAGE
The "CLOUD USAGE" tab displays information about panels connected to the dealer account:
- App - application (iRidium pro / iRidium lite);
- Device name - name of a connected panel;
- Device OS - operation system of a panel;
- Connect from ip - ip of the connected panel;
- Expired time - data of token deactivation;
- Last ping - date of the last request to the cloud
